About Tuscany of Danville HOA

The Tuscany of Danville Homeowners Association was established in 1990. Dividend Homes started the Tuscany home builds, and Davidon Homes took over mid-project to complete our lovely community. Tuscany is a professionally managed association of homeowners, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

 

This tucked-away community is conveniently located at the base of Mount Diablo. Spread over 240 acres, these 216 homes sit amongst rolling hills with both natural and well-kept landscapes. Tuscany HOA Members enjoy a multitude of recreational amenities, including year-round tennis courts, a sport court with a basketball hoop, a heated pool (seasonal) with year-round hot tub access, a tot-lot, and a rentable clubhouse.  Not to mention the occasional visiting cow from the nearby ranches! 
 
Tuscany of Danville is just minutes away from the 680 freeway, a gateway to the entire Bay Area. Danville's Historic Downtown is just minutes away and features an abundance of delicious restaurants, quaint boutique shops, and much more! This delightful Town sits in the foothills of Mount Diablo and offers picturesque views in all directions. Danville has many parks, including dog parks and encourages an active lifestyle! 
 
Tuscany of Danville children have access to one of the most highly rated school districts in the state of California. Green Valley Elementary, Los Cerros Middle School, and Monte Vista High School are all close by!
